  • 1 block Firm Tofu
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper


  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Drain the tofu and wrap it in a clean kitchen towel or paper towels. Gently press down on the tofu to remove any excess moisture.
  • Cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes and place them in a large bowl.
  • Add the oil and soy sauce to the tofu and mix everything together until the tofu is evenly coated.
  • Sprinkle the seasonings, then mix everything together once again.
  • Spread the tofu cubes out onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the tofu is golden brown and slightly crispy around the edges.


Extra-firm tofu doesn't absorb flavors as well as firm tofu.
