Super Delicious Trinidad Scorpion Pepper Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Trinidad Scorpion peppers stemmed and seeded
  • 1.5 cups white vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic large
  • 6 sprigs cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce optional
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Combine the peppers, half of the vinegar, garlic, and cilantro in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Then add the other half of the vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and sugar and blend until smooth.
  • Next, pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it comes to a boil.
  • Then, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Finally, let the sauce cool before transferring it to a jar or bottle.
  • And that's it! Your Trinidad Scorpion Pepper Sauce is now ready to enjoy. Just be sure to use it sparingly, because this stuff is seriously hot.

Notes

You can add other dry spices as per your taste, but make sure to taste and adjust.
