Super Delicious Trinidad Scorpion Pepper Sauce

Ingredients

Trinidad Scorpion peppers
stemmed and seeded
1.5
cups
white vinegar
3
cloves
garlic

Worcestershire sauce

tablespoon
olive oil
Instructions
Combine the peppers, half of the vinegar, garlic, and cilantro in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Then add the other half of the vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and sugar and blend until smooth.
Next, pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it comes to a boil.
Then, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
Finally, let the sauce cool before transferring it to a jar or bottle.
And that's it! Your Trinidad Scorpion Pepper Sauce is now ready to enjoy. Just be sure to use it sparingly, because this stuff is seriously hot.
