  • 2-3 beets peeled and cut into cubes
  • 1 apple cored and cubed
  • ½ carrot peeled and diced
  • 1 inch piece of ginger peeled and grated
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • ½ cup water or juice


  • Simply put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • If you find the taste too strong, you can add more water or dilute it with other juices.
  • You can also add other fruits or vegetables to taste.


For an extra boost of nutrition, try adding a handful of spinach or kale to the mix.
