Homemade Indian Chili Powder Recipe
Making your own chili powder is a great way to get the perfect blend of spices for your recipes. And it's so easy to do! All you need is a blender and some dried hot red chilis.

Instructions
Start by removing the stems from the chilis. Then, cut them into small pieces so they'll fit easily into the blender.
Add the chili pieces to the blender, along with any other spices if you want. (I like to use only dried red chilies).
Blend until the mixture is finely ground.
Notes
Store the chili powder in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. It will keep for several months.
