  • 1 teaspoon fresh or dried marjoram
  • 8 ounces water
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)


  • Add the marjoram to a cup of boiling water
  • Allow it steep for 5 minutes.
  • If you want, you can add a bit of honey to sweeten the tea.
  • Once it's finished steeping, strain the tea and enjoy!
