This delicious and easy-to-make tomato chutney is a perfect accompaniment to any meal. A combination of fresh tomatoes, onions, garlic, cumin powder, chili powder, salt, cilantro, and lime juice creates a vibrant flavor!

Ingredients
 
 

  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 3 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 ysp mustard seeds

Instructions
 

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add oil and mustard seeds and wait for the mustard seeds to start crackling
  • Then, add the tomatoes, onion, garlic, cumin powder, chili powder, and salt. Cook until the vegetables are soft, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the cilantro and lime juice. Serve warm or cold.
