Delicious Tomato Chutney
This delicious and easy-to-make tomato chutney is a perfect accompaniment to any meal. A combination of fresh tomatoes, onions, garlic, cumin powder, chili powder, salt, cilantro, and lime juice creates a vibrant flavor!
1 cup chopped tomatoes ½ cup chopped onion 2 cloves garlic minced 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 teaspoon salt ¼ cup chopped cilantro ¼ cup lime juice 3 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 ysp mustard seeds
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add oil and mustard seeds and wait for the mustard seeds to start crackling Then, add the tomatoes, onion, garlic, cumin powder, chili powder, and salt. Cook until the vegetables are soft, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the cilantro and lime juice. Serve warm or cold.
