– 120 g Canned Tuna – 120 g Whole Wheat Spaghetti – 180g Green Beans – 1 Clove of Garlic – 1 Tbps Olive Oil – 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes – Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Prep the green beans


Boil the pasta and veg


Oil, garlic and chili flakes


Add green bean and pasta


Add tuna and mix well


Ready to serve!
