Yes, healthy dessert recipes do exist! 

There are obviously some key rules to follow when looking to lose weight, and the most important one, in my opinion, is to follow moderation. These sweet treats either use some substitute ingredients or have portions that are a bit smaller, in order not to compromise on taste. What I can honestly say is that these are all absolutely delicious and you won’t feel like you are on a weight-loss journey!

While looking from afar, I am sure my life does not appear as anything else but ordinary (there were probably three moments that changed the course of my story), some choices I made I hope will encourage change for better health for others, as much as they have for me.
